Start a projectWhat we can build
A scope that fits your project
Build an ERP around the way your business works. We connect purchasing, sales, inventory, customer and supplier management, financial workflows, and business reporting in one system. Role-based access, approval flows, existing-system integrations, and data migration are planned around your needs, with delivery in focused stages.

Where this service fits
For businesses whose purchasing, sales and stock information is spread across spreadsheets or disconnected tools. We map the current process and agree on the source of truth for each record before designing modules. Start with the operational bottleneck, then expand the system as workflows and data are validated.
LINX / PROJECT NOTES
Questions before you start
A quote built around your scope.
Share the main user journeys, required integrations, current tools, target launch date and any content or designs you already have. We use these details to agree on deliverables, review milestones and cost before development. Hosting, third-party subscriptions, maintenance and source-code handover are clarified in the proposal. Payment is by bank transfer after you approve the quote and agreed deposit terms.
Which ERP modules can be included?
The scope can cover purchasing, supplier and customer records, sales, inventory, roles, approvals and management reporting. Financial workflows and integrations are reviewed with the tools your business already uses. Local tax, accounting and statutory requirements need separate validation and are not assumed to be covered by a generic ERP module.
Can you migrate spreadsheets or connect an existing ERP?
We first review sample data, record identifiers, data quality and the integration options of the current system. Migration can then be planned with field mapping, duplicate checks, a trial import and reconciliation. A phased rollout can keep the existing tools available while the agreed modules are tested.
